The "Visit Tsinghua" mini program currently only supports Chinese mainland ID card verification. Visitors from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreign visitors are encouraged to initiate their visit arrangements by sending an email to bwb@mail.tsinghua.edu.cn, 1-7 days in advance. The email should indicate the name of the person making the reservation, the type and number of the certificate, the contact information, the date and time slot of the appointment, and a scanned copy or photo of the certificate. The system will automatically process the application, and successful reservations will be notified via email.
